A Call to Consecration

What I hear God saying:

This is a call to consecration.

You cannot look like the world you were rescued from.

This is a call to a life that is set apart for Me.

You cannot say you are My child and not look like me.

I want to make you look just like I do.

You have to let Me.

Answering this call is how you let Me.

I want to break the fallow grounds.

I want to replace the old wineskins.

I want to take away the unwanted parts.

I want to refine you.

I have heard you say many times, ‘Make me just like You.’

My answer is, ‘Live a consecrated life.’

I do wonderful things with a consecrated life.

Consecrating yourself is how you take up your cross.

This is a call to take up your cross.

This is your reasonable service.

The service I desire.

This is another call to consecration.

Let go of frivolous things, there are other important things at hand.

Other important things to pay attention to.

The things I care about.

A call to your own 40 days and 40 nights.

A call to come on the mountain and stay a while.

A call to be a partaker and not just an onlooker.

I have called twice now, will you come? Will you come and wait with Me?

Will you come and learn from Me?

Will you come and let Me be your hunger and satisfaction?

And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.” “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”

2 Corinthians 6:16-18 NKJV

Therefore, since these [great] promises are ours, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates and defiles body and spirit, and bring [our] consecration to completeness in the [reverential] fear of God.

2 Corinthians 7:1 AMPC

And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:13 NKJV
